We serve a wide variety of events, including weddings, company picnics, corporate parties, birthdays, reunions, anniversaries, and more. We also serve at festivals, but only in private, non-ticketed areas. If your event is private and held on private property, we've got you covered.
Please note: We can only serve at ‘ticketed’ or ‘cash bar’ events if they are sponsored by a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Yes, we carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance. If your venue or caterer requires it, we’re happy to list them as additionally insured.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your event.
Due to California state liquor laws, we cannot serve in public spaces without partnering with a non-profit. In such cases, the non-profit must obtain the required permits and properly source the alcohol.

The Teardrop Bar has a footprint of 9 feet wide by 17 feet long and requires a relatively flat area for setup and service. We also need early access for setup and a location that’s accessible via a wide, easily navigable road. There must be sufficient space to maneuver and park a full-size truck for delivery and removal.
If you have any concerns about your site, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help.
And if the Teardrop Bar doesn’t quite fit your space, no worries—our Trolley Bar is the ultimate backup, built to roll into spots the Teardrop just can’t squeeze into.
